Aquarius Workstation & Server SupportThe Aquarius Workstation is provided with full installation service. Our expert specialists will coordinate installation with your site, taking care of connection to your scanner and local network through liaison with your own IT personnel. Once installation is completed and validated, a Clinical Applications Specialist will provide training in the use of the workstation as appropriate for your particular needs, including configuration of the presets and protocols required for your center's operation. Sales support is provided via telephone and remote dial-in, allowing our support engineers to directly investigate and remedy any problems that may arise with your system. One year's support is included in the workstation's price, with additional training, support, and system upgrades available for an additional fee.
