diagnostic workstation designed as an easy to use tool for everyday
efficient workflow. AquariusBLUE is simple to learn and use, and is
offered at a price point that makes it a viable selection for every
reading room.
AquariusBLUE offers no compromise in performance or image quality.
Radiologists and clinicians can load large CT or MR studies with hundreds
of images in seconds and work in 2D and 3D at the same time. Support
is included for CT/MR, CR/DR, and angiography studies. AquariusBLUE
supports MIP, real-time 3D reconstructions, multi-modality side by
side review, and comes with a host of visualization and editing functions.
Clinical Applications, Editing, and
Visualization Tools:
Advanced Vessel and Soft Plaque Analysis: Automatic centerline extraction
and editing with stenosis calculations. Soft Plaque histogram, color
overlay, and volume calculation.
Perspective Rendering
Multi-phase support is provided for time-dependent 3D MRAs and CTAs
with the ability to link and synchronize the three viewing planes.
Image Fusion: Multi-modality overlay with manual registration is
offered for modalities such as CT and PET with advanced fusion mode
with slab and cut-planes.
Automated Templates: Cases are loaded directly to the clinically
appropriate 3D view. Preset templates can be created and saved using
interactive rendering controls for easy viewing. Online processing
engines automatically remove the CT table and rib cage, or calculate
registration information if desired.
Cubic Viewing: Cube view is a quick examination tool to visualize
volumetric regions-of-interest from inside or outside. This tool allows
one to segment and view the pathology quickly for rapid assessment.
Movie Creation: The movie export tool provides for fast AVI creation
from 2D and 3D images.
MPR Tools: Double-oblique MPRs can be viewed with 3D measurements
on the oblique planes.
CPR Tools: Curved Planar Reformat allows curved or tortuous vessels
to be visually stretched flat. Measurement tools are provided for
stenosis review, distance, angle, and volume area.
CR Review: Side-by-side CR review is provided for AP, lateral, or
oblique scans.
