Ultrasound Scanner at RSNA

At the 91st Radiology Society of North America meeting held at McCormick
Place in Chicago, TeraRecon, Inc. (San Mateo, CA) and Fukuda Denshi,
Co., Ltd (Tokyo, Japan) introduce an advanced cart-based cardiovascular
ultrasound scanner, the Imagic Sigma 5000 series. This high-performance
ultrasound system for cardiovascular ultrasound applications offers
high-definition imaging features, streamlined workflow, and advanced
ergonomics to deliver a new level of efficiency, operability, and
usability for optimal ultrasound examinations. The cardiac-focused
Imagic scanner advanced imaging features include tissue Doppler imaging,
anatomical M-mode, non-imaging CW capability, and tissue harmonic
imaging. The streamlined workflow features include comprehensive patient
data management and archiving capabilities. The advanced ergonomic
design of the Imagic features a unique motorized height adjustment
of the operator console and a high-resolution flat screen that easily
swivels and tilts allowing optimal viewing comfort for efficient productivity.
TeraRecon, Inc. will be the exclusive distributor in the United
States and Canada for the Imagic Sigma 5000 series. From the beginning
