AquariusSONIC Server Demo

Open Internet Explorer (recommend using a Windows 2000 or XP computer for this).

Type in http://aqnet2.terarecon.comas the address to go to (or just click on the link here):

Click on the "Download Thin-Client Viewer" button:

Select "Open" or "Run from current location" from the dialog box that pops up :

The software will download and start installing. You may be asked about security certificates—just say "Yes" or "OK."

Click through the installation pages selecting "Next" and "Yes" as you go along. You can accept the default setting in each case.

Once the installation process has completed, you can close Internet Explorer, and you should have an AquariusNET icon on the desktop. Click this to start the software:

When the software starts, we need to configure the server entry. The top left of the screen will look like this:

Click on the "Server" box and type in "aqnet2.terarecon.com"; then hit Enter on your keyboard (Note: this is important!).

Then, click on the "Option" button and a dialog box will pop up with some settings. The User Name is "ultrasound." To obtain the password please call TeraRecon's Customer Service at 650.653.4290.

Then, hit "OK," and then exit the AquariusNET software, and start it again.

This time, when it starts, hit the "Connect" button:

You should see a list of studies on the server appear:

Click on the line with the patient name "ABDOMINAL." You will see another line of information appear at the bottom left of the screen, showing the images in that exam:

Double-click on this new line of information and the exam will open:

Double-click any image to get full screen view of that image. From the right side panel click on "All Frames" and then use "play" or "next/prev" buttons, or roll the mouse wheel on the images to scroll through the images.

From here, you can manipulate the images, and make reports.
